I'll bet the new gambling law does very little. I continue to regret that time, energy, money, and media is wasted on items that make little difference. The issues that need attention, are serious and truly need the time, energy, money, and media coverage. It additionally is mystifying given the extensive research that documents attempting to control a behavior such as gambling is a waste, ineffective, it just does not work! I wish our precious time and resources be spent on things that truly will make a difference in the welfare of our world.
